Hiku Brands Company and WeedMD Inc. to Merge Creating a Vertically Integrated Cannabis Company

Wildeboer Dellelce is proud to be part of Hiku’s exciting announcement today.

Hiku Brands Company Ltd. (CSE:HIKU) and WeedMD Inc. (TSX-V:WMD) (OTC:WDDMF) (FSE:4WE) today announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement to merge. The transaction will combine two highly complementary businesses and create a vertically integrated company in the cannabis sector.
