Vaughn MacLellan, a partner practising in the areas of securities and corporate finance at Wildeboer Dellelce LLP, has been appointed as a new member of the OSC’s Exempt Market Advisory Committee.
The Exempt Market Advisory Committee is composed of individuals with significant knowledge of, or experience in, the capital raising segment of the exempt market and will advise OSC staff on possible regulatory approaches to the capital raising segment of the exempt market.
Vaughn’s practice focuses on advising issuers and investment dealers with respect to securities law matters, with an emphasis on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and securities compliance matters.
