This rigorous multi-disciplinary certificate program was developed for those requiring comprehensive knowledge of the legal issues affecting today’s dynamic mining industry, including all phases of mining activity from exploration through closure with a special focus on the role and rights of local communities and indigenous peoples.
In addition to his experience in the mining industry, Vaughn practises in the areas of securities and corporate finance and corporate/commercial law. He works on advising issuers and investment dealers with respect to securities law matters generally, with an emphasis on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and securities compliance matters.
