Nathan is an associate practising primarily in the areas of corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial law.
Nathan earned a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School and holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice and public policy from the University of Guelph.
