We are happy to announce that Eric Apps has re-joined the firm to focus on the corporate finance and fund-raising needs of start-up, early stage and growth stage issuers in the Canadian technology industry. Eric will split his time between the Waterloo and Toronto offices of Wildeboer Dellelce LLP.
Prior to his return to the firm Eric was at Angoss Software, a Canadian publicly listed technology company, as President and CEO.
