Julian Lupo
Overview
Julian is a lawyer practising primarily in the areas of corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions and corporate and commercial law. Julian first joined the firm as a summer student in 2019 and articled with the firm in 2020-2021. Julian approaches work with a strong sense of commitment to clients, striving to understand their unique needs and goals in order to provide personalized and effective representation.
Julian earned a Juris Doctor from Western University’s Faculty of Law. Prior to law school, he obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts from Western University and a Master of Science from the University of Waterloo. Julian also spent a semester studying abroad at Bocconi University in Italy.
Julian is a supervising lawyer with the Osgoode Venture Capital Clinic which provides legal services to early-stage entrepreneurial ventures in the financing and equity structuring stages of growth.
Julian’s interests outside of law include playing golf, travelling and powerlifting.
