Hiku Completes Acquisition of TS Prairie and Brings Prairie Retail Expansion In-House
In connection with Hiku Brands Company Ltd. (“Hiku”) being awarded one of only four master retail licenses in Manitoba, Hiku, successfully completed its acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding shares of TS Prairie Retail Corp. (“TS Prairie”) pursuant to a share purchase agreement dated March 6, 2018.
