Lord of Seven Hills Holdings FZE completes $40 million Take Private Transaction of Fura Gems Inc.

Lord of Seven Hills Holdings FZE has completed its acquisition of all of the outstanding shares of Fura Gems Inc. (TSXV:FURA), a gemstone mining and marketing company which is engaged in the mining, exploration and acquisition of gemstone licences, in an all-cash transaction valued at over $40 million. The acquisition was carried out by way of an amalgamation under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario).
