Market Square Equity Partners Acquires D.M. Robichaud Associates Ltd.

Market Square Equity Partners (“Market Square”) has acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of D.M. Robichaud Associates Ltd. (“DMR”) from its founders, David Robichaud and Earl Brosseau, who will remain involved in the business. The acquisition was financed through a combination of bank debt and an equity investment by Market Square and the incoming Chief Executive Officer of DMR. DMR is a full service trenchless sewer rehabilitation contractor.

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP advised Market Square in connection with the acquisition with a team consisting of Troy Pocaluyko and Michael Rennie (corporate/mergers & acquisitions), Geoff Cher (asset management), Steven Vasilevski (secured lending) and Kevin Fritz (tax).
