Mega Uranium Ltd. Completes Acquisition of Energentia Resources Inc.
On May 6, 2008, Mega Uranium Ltd. (TSX: MGA) completed its acquisition of Energentia Resources Inc. (TSXV: ENR). Pursuant to the acquisition, which was effected by way of a three-cornered amalgamation, the former shareholders of Energentia received once common share of Mega Uranium for every ten common shares of Energentia held. Outstanding stock options and warrants of Energentia were assumed by Mega Uranium and upon the exercise of such securities, the holders thereof will receive common shares of Mega Uranium in lieu of Energentia common shares on the basis of one Mega Uranium common share for every ten common shares of Energentia holders would have otherwise been entitled to receive.
