Nest Wealth Asset Management Inc. Completes Private Placement
Nest Wealth Asset Management Inc. (“Nest Wealth”) completed a private placement offering (the “Offering”) of 9,788,781 class A voting common shares (the “Shares”). The Offering represented a strategic minority investment of $6,000,000 by the National Bank of Canada (“NBF”). In connection with the Offering, the parties implemented commercial arrangements relating to the use of the Nest Wealth digital platform by NBF.
