Northbridge Investment Management Inc. Completes Sale of Office Buildings

Northbridge Investment Management Inc. (“Northbridge”) completes the sale of two office buildings in Markham and Mississauga. The buildings were both acquired in 2016 and comprise over 240,000 square feet in the aggregate. Northbridge is a Toronto-based investment manager that facilitates direct ownership for private capital of commercial real estate assets that offer a balance of distributable income and long-term capital appreciation.

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted as counsel to Northbridge in connection with the transaction with a team consisting of Dan Shapira, Jon Born and Julianne Cerelli (Real Estate).
