QYOU Media Inc. Completes Acquisition of Chatterbox Technologies Private Limited

QYOU Media Inc. (TSXV:QYOU; OTCQB: QYOUF) has successfully completed its initial closing to acquire 97% of Chatterbox Technologies Private Limited (brand name: Chtrbox), a leading award-winning influencer marketing company based in India.

The acquisition is expected to accelerate the expansion of QYOU Media’s influencer marketing business and will support QYOU Media’s content, advertising and e-commerce initiatives.

As part of the acquisition, Pranay Swarup and Julie Kriegshaber will continue to act as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Chtrbox, respectively.

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP represented QYOU Media as its Canadian legal counsel in connection with the acquisition with a team comprised of Perry Dellelce, Michael Rennie, Rebecca Cochrane, Joel Fraser and Natalie Tershakowec (corporate finance and securities/mergers and acquisitions) and Katy Pitch and Marija Tasevska (tax).
