TransForce, Inc. Completes Acquisition of K.A.S. Personnel Services Inc.

TransForce, Inc. (“TransForce”), North America’s leading staffing firm specializing in quality commercial truck drivers, has acquired substantially all of the assets of K.A.S. Personnel Services Inc. (“KAS”). KAS has been a leading provider of high-quality commercial truck drivers and other transportation personnel for almost 30 years in the Ontario market. TransForce will continue to operate the business of KAS in Ontario through its wholly-owned subsidiary KAS Staffing Ltd.

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP advised TransForce in connection with the acquisition with a team consisting of Rob Wortzman, Michael Rennie, Luigi Valente and Joel Fraser (corporate/mergers & acquisitions) and Richard Lewin (tax).
