TribeHR Completes $2.5 Million Seed Round Investment

TribeHR, a Waterloo based provider of SaaS human resources solutions for small and medium businesses, has closed a $2.5M seed round investment led by Relay Ventures (Toronto) and including a follow-on investment by existing funder Matrix Ventures (Boston).

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted for Relay in connection with the transaction with a team that included Perry Dellelce, Eric Apps, Ellen Phan and Matthew Armstrong.
