Wildeboer Dellelce acts for Gran Colombia Gold Corp. in US$300 Million Offering
Gran Colombia Gold Corp. (TSX: GCM; OTCQX: TPRFF) completed an offering of US$300 million of senior unsecured notes due 2026 at a coupon rate of 6.875%. The joint lead managers and bookrunners for the offering included Bank of America, Canaccord Genuity and Morgan Stanley.
