Wildpack Beverage Inc. Completes $5 Million Overnight Marketed Offering

Wildpack Beverage Inc. (TSXV: CANS), a company engaged in beverage manufacturing and packaging, completed an overnight marketed offering of debenture units for gross proceeds of $5,000,000 (the “Offering”).

The Offering was led by Roth Canada, Inc., as lead underwriter and sole bookrunner, on behalf of a syndicate of underwriters including PI Financial Corp. (together, the “Underwriters”).

Wildeboer Dellelce acted for the Underwriters in connection with the Offering with a team composed of Perry Dellelce, Peter Volk, Niall Sweeney, Nathan Holloway and Kassidy Doherty (corporate/securities) and Katy Pitch and Marija Tasevska (tax).
