On July 2, 2025, Rogers Communications Inc. closed its acquisition of BCE Inc.’s 37.5% ownership interest in Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE) for approximately $4.7 billion. The transaction increases Rogers’ ownership in MLSE to 75%.
