The Walrus Acquires Lead Podcasting

The Walrus, a Canadian leader in fact-based journalism, storytelling, content creation, and event production, announced the acquisition of the Lead Podcasting, an internationally recognized podcast production company based in Toronto led by Amanda Cupido.

The Walrus Lab, the client services wing of The Walrus, has worked with Lead Podcasting over the past several years to produce podcasts with partners, including Sorry for Your Loss with Mount Pleasant Group, Canadian Time Machine with the Government of Canada and From Research to Impact with Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation.

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted for The Walrus in connection with the transaction with a team comprised of Perry Dellelce and Natalie Tershakowec (M&A).
