Wildeboer Dellelce is pleased to welcome James Oliver to the firm’s Banking and Financial Services team.
He joins from Aviva Canada, where he served as Corporate Counsel with a practice focused on secured lending transactions. In addition to advising on lending transactions, he managed due diligence, coordinated closings, drafted and negotiated transaction documents and advised on lending, corporate, commercial and regulatory matters.
James was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023 and earned his law degree from Queen’s University. His experience in secured lending and corporate transactions will be a strong addition to the team.
