Green Bridge Metals Corporation Completes $4 Million Public Offering

Green Bridge Metals Corporation (CSE: GRBM, OTCQB: GBMCF, FWB: J48, WKN: A3EW4S), a Canadian-based exploration company focused on the acquisition and development of “critical mineral” rich assets in North America, completed a “best efforts” public offering, by way of a prospectus supplement dated July 24, 2026, of 32,006,000 units for aggregate gross proceeds of $4,000,750.

The Offering was led by Stifel Nicolaus Canada Inc., as sole agent and bookrunner.

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted for the agent with a team comprising Perry Dellelce, Niall Sweeney, Alex Karlsen, Connor Carroll and Ashley Jefferies (corporate/securities).
