Wildeboer Dellelce is pleased to welcome Daniel Lupinacci to the firm’s Debt Products practice group. Daniel brings with him a wealth of experience in banking, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and general corporate and commercial law. Daniel’s background and experience make him a valuable addition to our team.
Before joining the firm, Daniel was an associate in the Banking & Finance Group at Stikeman Elliott LLP in Toronto. Prior to that, Daniel was Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at the Royal Bank of Canada, where he was involved in the oversight of the board of directors and audit committee matters.
Daniel received his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law, and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2020. Prior to entering law school, Daniel obtained an Honours Bachelor of Commerce with a Minor in Economics from McMaster University Faculty of Commerce. His academic achievements and professional experience make him a perfect fit for our firm, and we are excited to see the contributions he will make to our Debt Products practice group.
