Adam Solomon
Overview
Adam is a lawyer in the firm’s Tax practice group with his practice focusing on personal and corporate income tax and estate planning, including the preparation of wills, trusts and powers of attorney, as well as assisting with estate administration, estate administration tax planning (i.e., probate tax) and business succession planning. Adam routinely acts for owner-managed businesses, professionals, and families in addressing their tax and estate needs.
Adam earned his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he received numerous awards, including the Charles Edward Woodrow Award, Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP Prize, and Dean’s Letter for outstanding academic performance. Prior to law school, Adam obtained a Bachelor of Education from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Commerce from the Ted Rogers School of Management at Toronto Metropolitan University.
Outside of law, Adam enjoys spending time with his family, working on his cooking skills and learning about the cosmos.
