Wildeboer Dellelce is thrilled to welcome Connor Carroll to the firm as a Lawyer.
Connor practises primarily in the areas of corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial law. Prior to joining the firm, he served as Senior Manager, Legal Affairs at Envest Corp., an independent energy producer delivering clean energy infrastructure and decarbonization solutions to industry, government and communities, where he oversaw a broad portfolio of legal matters and worked closely with executive leadership on strategic corporate and project initiatives. His experience includes supporting significant refinancing transactions, leading corporate restructurings to facilitate partnerships with Ontario First Nations, advising on mergers and acquisitions, negotiating project financing arrangements, and managing complex commercial agreements and government funding initiatives.
Earlier in his career at Envest, Connor held roles spanning legal affairs and business development. In those roles, he contributed to major municipal procurement successes in Ontario’s bioenergy market, supported project financing and equity raises, and advised on regulatory and commercial matters in the renewable energy sector.
Connor was called to the Bar of Ontario in June 2024. He holds a J.D. from the University of Southampton (NCA‑accredited) and a B.A. (Honours) in Justice, Political Philosophy and Law from McMaster University.
