Overview

Allyson is an articling student at the firm for the 2026–2027 term. She earned her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2026.

 

Prior to attending law school, Allyson completed a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Finance at Dalhousie University. During her undergraduate studies, she completed the Canadian Securities Course and earned an additional certificate in Financial Accounting.

 

Before joining Wildeboer Dellelce, Allyson completed internships in Capital Markets at a major Canadian bank, an early-stage start-up and a student newspaper. During law school, she led the student legal team at a student-led venture capital fund that invests in pre-seed, student-founded companies and worked as a Research Assistant.

 

While at Osgoode, Allyson received the Harley D. Hallett Award and the Dale Lastman Award in Corporate Governance. She was also involved in the Investor Protection Clinic and was co‑president of the Osgoode Venture Capital Law Society.

 

Allyson is originally from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and enjoys kayaking and reading.
