Overview

Allyson is an articling student at the firm for the 2026–2027 term. She earned her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2026.

 

Prior to attending law school, Allyson completed a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Finance at Dalhousie University. During her undergraduate studies, she completed the Canadian Securities Course and obtained an additional certificate in Financial Accounting. She also gained professional experience through internships with a Canadian chartered bank’s capital markets regulatory and operations groups, as well as with a start‑up company.

 

While at Osgoode, Allyson received the Harley D. Hallett Award and participated as a clinic worker with the Investor Protection Clinic. She also served as Co‑President of the Osgoode Venture Capital Law Society and worked on the legal team of a student‑led venture capital fund.

 

Allyson is originally from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Outside of law, she enjoys reading and baking.
