Overview

Cassandra Richards is a Law Clerk primarily supporting the firm’s corporate and securities practice groups.

For the securities practice group, Cassandra assists with continuous disclosure and other SEDAR+ filings for reporting issuers, prepares and files SEDI reports for insiders of reporting issuers and manages the ordering and administration of CUSIP numbers for both private and public corporations. For the corporate practice group, she supports the incorporation, organization and ongoing maintenance of corporate entities, as well as a range of transactional matters.

Cassandra graduated from Durham College in 2019 with a Law Clerk Advanced Diploma and is a member of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.
