Cassandra Richards
Overview
Cassandra is a law clerk who supports the firm’s corporate and securities practice groups.
In the securities practice group, Cassandra assists with continuous disclosure and other SEDAR+ filings for reporting issuers, prepares and files SEDI reports for insiders of reporting issuers and manages the ordering and administration of CUSIP numbers for private and public corporations. In the corporate practice group, she supports the incorporation, organization and ongoing maintenance of corporate entities, as well as a range of transactional matters.
Cassandra holds a Law Clerk Advanced Diploma from Durham College and is a member of The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.
