Acquisition of Commercial Property for College Campus Development

Wildeboer Dellelce represented the purchaser of a development property in Barrie, Ontario, which is intended to be developed as a college. The firm advised on the negotiation of the agreement of purchase and sale and related due diligence, title and closing matters.
