Faye Arellano
Overview
Faye Arellano is a Law Clerk in the firm’s Real Estate Group.
Faye brings extensive experience supporting a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions and financings. She assists partners and associates at all stages of transactions, including reviewing agreements, conducting title and off-title searches, drafting key documents and managing closing procedures.
Known for her attention to detail and strong organizational skills, Faye ensures accuracy and compliance with applicable requirements. She is committed to delivering reliable results and fostering positive client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Faye holds a Law Clerk’s Certificate from the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario (ILCO) and has been a member since 2015.
