Faye Arellano

Faye is a law clerk in the firm’s Real Estate practice group.

Faye brings extensive experience supporting a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions and financings. She assists partners and associates throughout all stages of the transaction lifecycle, including reviewing agreements, conducting title and off-title searches, drafting key documents and managing closing procedures.

Known for her attention to detail and strong organizational skills, Faye helps ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable requirements. She is committed to delivering reliable results and fostering positive client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Faye also assists in conducting searches of patented and unpatented mining claims in the Mining Lands Administration System (MLAS). She works with lawyers and the Ministry of Energy and Mines personnel to manage mining claims relating to registration of securities and transfers.

Faye holds a Law Clerk Certificate from The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario (ILCO), where she completed courses in real estate law, corporate law, estates and litigation, earning honours standing in real estate law and corporate law. She has been a member of ILCO since 2015.
