Overview

Julie practises primarily in the areas of securities and corporate and commercial law. Her practise focuses on advising clients on securities and business law matters generally, with an emphasis on negotiating commercial arrangements and public company securities compliance matters. Julie advises issuers in a diverse range of industries including technology, asset management and retail.

Julie participates in a number of initiatives at the firm including membership on the firm’s student committee.

Julie joined the firm in 2012 where she completed her articles. Julie received her J.D. from the University of Toronto and her M.B.A. from The Rotman School of Management. Prior to joining the firm, Julie worked in the legal department of UBS Global Asset Management.
