Victoria Allen
Overview
Victoria is a law clerk with experience supporting securities regulatory compliance and corporate transactions. She joined the firm in 2015 and regularly assists lawyers and clients on public filing and regulatory matters.
Victoria has experience with Canadian securities law and supports the preparation of prospectus filings and continuous disclosure documents for reporting issuers. In addition to her securities work, Victoria supports a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and due diligence.
Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Waterloo and obtained her Law Clerk Diploma from Seneca College.
She is a member of The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario (ILCO) and has completed the Securities Law Fellowship Certification with Honours though ILCO.
