Plazacorp King Road Fund Completes $19 Million Offering

Plazacorp King Road Fund completed a private placement for gross proceeds of $19 million. Cranson Capital Securities Inc. acted as agent in connection with the offering. Funds raised in the offering are being used towards a development project in Richmond Hill, Ontario, which will consist of four phases to build 255 units of single detached homes, semi-detached homes and townhomes.

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted for Cranson Capital Securities Inc. in connection with the offering with a team that consisted of Michael Rennie and Carlye Bellavia (corporate/securities).
