Avenir Senior Memory Care Residences Trust Completes Brokered Private Placement

Avenir Senior Memory Care Residences Trust has completed a brokered private placement of units of the Trust. The Trust intends to use the gross proceeds from the offering to purchase bonds from Avenir Memory Care South LP, which in turn will use the proceeds to purchase three operating seniors memory care communities in Tennessee and Arkansas. A syndicate of agents led by Echelon Wealth Partners Inc. acted as agents to the Trust in connection with the offering.
