Blockchain Dynamics Acquired by CryptoGlobal Corp.
Blockchain Dynamics Inc. (“Blockchain Dynamics”), a service platform offering security, custodial services, trading and staking across a diversified base of cryptocurrencies, has been successfully acquired by CryptoGlobal Corp. (“CryptoGlobal”) for a total transaction value of approximately $30,000,000. The acquisition was effected by way of a three-cornered amalgamation whereby a wholly-owned subsidiary of CryptoGlobal amalgamated with Blockchain Dynamics and CryptoGlobal acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of Blockchain Dynamics. Holders of Blockchain Dynamics shares received 0.2859 common shares of CryptoGlobal for each Blockchain Dynamics share held.
