CoinSmart Financial Inc. Enters into Share Purchase Agreement with Coinsquare Ltd. for its Wholly-Owned Subsidiary

CoinSmart Financial Inc. (NEO: SMRT) (FSE: IIR) entered into a definitive agreement with Coinsquare Ltd., a leading Canadian crypto asset trading platform, pursuant to which CoinSmart agreed to sell to Coinsquare all of the issued and outstanding shares of its wholly-owned operating subsidiary Simply Digital Technologies Inc.

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted as Canadian legal counsel for CoinSmart in connection with the transaction with a team comprised of James Brown, Carlye Bellavia and Julian Lupo (Corporate Finance and Securities / Mergers and Acquisitions) and Katy Pitch and Colin Romano (Tax).
