Cranson Capital Securities Completes Closing of $5 Million Private Placement for Pinemount 250 Danforth Pref LP

Cranson Capital Securities Inc., a Toronto Exempt Market Dealer specializing in private market Canadian real estate investment opportunities, announced the closing of a $5 million private placement for Pinemount 250 Danforth Pref LP.

The offering was fully subscribed and will provide a short-term bridge loan supporting the pre-development of Pinemount’s proposed 208-unit purpose-built rental project in Scarborough.
