Golden Leaf Holdings Ltd. (CNSX: GLH) completed a private placement offering of an aggregate principal amount of $5.8 million of convertible senior unsecured debentures. Dundee Securities Ltd. (as lead agent), Liberty North Capital Corp., and Mackie Research Capital Corp. acted as agents in connection with the brokered portion of the offering.
