HS GovTech Solutions Inc. Completes $2.08 Million Prospectus Offering

HS GovTech Solutions Inc. (CSE: HS) has completed an overnight marketed public offering of units, consisting of common shares and common share purchase warrants, for gross proceeds of approximately $2.08 million. Echelon Wealth Partners Inc. acted as the lead agent and sole bookrunner for the offering, on behalf of a syndicate of agents, including Paradigm Capital.
