HS GovTech Solutions Inc. Completes $2.08 Million Prospectus Offering

HS GovTech Solutions Inc. (CSE: HS) has completed an overnight marketed public offering of units, consisting of common shares and common share purchase warrants, for gross proceeds of approximately $2.08 million. Echelon Wealth Partners Inc. acted as the lead agent and sole bookrunner for the offering, on behalf of a syndicate of agents, including Paradigm Capital.

HS GovTech is an industry leading software as a service company serving the state, provincial and local government market across the United States and Canada. The company’s platforms currently provide inspection, information, communication and data management systems that enable government agencies to operate more efficiently. HS GovTech’s cloud and mobile based platforms are currently deployed in over 800 state and local government organizations across North America.
