Management Group Completes Acquisition of Next Edge Capital Corp.

The management team of Man Investments Canada Corporation (“MICC”) completed the acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding shares of MICC from an affiliate of Man Group plc. In connection with the closing of the transaction, MICC changed its name from “Man Investments Canada Corporation” to “Next Edge Capital Corp.”.

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted for management of Next Edge in connection with the transaction, with a team that included Ronald Schwass, Patrick Magee and Jamie Bregman (corporate/securities) and Kevin Fritz (tax).
