Nokia Completes Acquisition of Nakina Systems
Finnish telecom company Nokia acquired all of the assets and operations of Nakina Systems which specializes in security and orchestration software for virtual and hybrid networks. Nakina’s main customers operate some of the world’s most demanding networks and include many of the largest global service providers.
Troy Pocaluyko (corporate/mergers & acquisitions) of Wildeboer Dellelce LLP advised Covington Fund II Inc., the principal securityholder of Nakina, in connection with the transaction.
