Sandstorm Resources Ltd. Completes $46.8 Million Offering
On April 23, 2009, Sandstorm Resources Ltd. completed a best efforts prospectus offering of subscription receipts for gross proceeds of $46.8 million. The subscription receipts were sold through a syndicate of agents co-led by Paradigm Capital Inc. and GMP Securities L.P., and including BMO Capital Markets and National Bank Financial Inc.
