Shareholders Complete Sale of PowerTel Utilities Contractors Limited

On January 2, 2014, the shareholders of PowerTel Utilities Contractors Limited (“PowerTel”) sold all of the issued and outstanding shares of PowerTel and PowerTel’s wholly-owned subsidiary PowerTraxx Vehicles Inc. (“PowerTraxx”) to 8710651 Canada Inc.

Founded in 1968, PowerTel is one of Canada’s leading high voltage contractors offering services in transmission lines, substations and distribution systems throughout Canada and the Northeast United States. PowerTraxx manufactures off-road tracked vehicles for transporting personnel or being mounted with various construction-related devices.

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted for the shareholders of PowerTel with a team that included Perry Dellelce, Troy Pocaluyko, Amanda Berloni, Neil Petrin (corporate/securities) and Kevin Fritz (tax).
