Slate Office REIT Completes the Sale of 135 Queens Plate Drive

Slate Office REIT completed the sale of 135 Queens Plate Drive, Etobicoke, ON, for sale proceeds of $16.74 million. The Property is a six storey, professionally maintained, office tower located on the east side of Queens Plate Drive.

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted for Slate in connection with the transaction, with a team that included Daniel Shapira, Jonathan Born and Julianne Cerelli (real estate).
