Amerpro Resources Inc. Completes Private Placement

Amerpro Resources Inc. (TSX-V:AMP.A) completed a private placement of 12,000,000 units at a price of $0.25 per unit for gross proceeds of $3,000,000. Each unit consisted of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one additional common share at a price of $0.40 for a period of 12 months. Byron Securities Limited acted as agent in respect of the private placement.
