CanadaBis Capital Inc. Completes $4.03 Million Private Placement

CanadaBis Capital Inc. (TSXV: CANB), a vertically integrated Canadian cannabis company focused on achieving large-scale growth in the global cannabis market, completed a private placement offering of 4,035 unsecured convertible debentures at a price of $1,000 per debenture for gross proceeds of $4,035,000.

Research Capital Corporation acted as the sole agent in connection with the brokered portion of the offering.

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted for the agent in connection with the offering with a team consisting of Jeff Hergott, Niall Sweeney, Alex Karlsen, Ana Savic and Ella Rowley (corporate/securities).
