First Atlas Resources Corp. Completes $2.1 Million “Bought Deal” Private Placement Offering

First Atlas Resources Corp. (CSE: HHE), a Canadian company focused on mineral exploration and the discovery of natural hydrogen in Canada, completed a “bought deal” private placement offering under the Listed Issuer Financing Exemption of 30,250,428 units for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $2,117,530, including the partial exercise of the Underwriters’ option (the “Offering”).

The Offering was led by Research Capital Corporation as sole underwriter and sole bookrunner (the “Underwriter”).

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted for the Underwriter in connection with the Offering with a team comprising Jeff Hergott, Alex Karlsen, Connor Carroll, Ashley Jefferies and Richard Moshenski-Dubov (corporate and securities/mining, energy and natural resources).
