Forthlane Partners Ltd. Completes Acquisition of June Inc., Expanding Assets Under Advisement to $2 Billion

Forthlane Partners Ltd. (“Forthlane”), an independent outsourced chief investment office serving families, individuals and foundations, has completed its acquisition of June Inc., an OCIO advisory firm led by Principal June Ntazinda.

The acquisition brings together two firms that share a commitment to delivering sophisticated, independent investment advice and highly personalized client service. Following the transaction, Forthlane will advise on approximately $2 billion in assets.

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted for Forthlane in connection with the transaction with a team comprised of Nick Gray and Connor Carroll (Mergers & Acquisitions; Corporate Finance & Securities).
