Melior Resources Executes Arrangement Agreement with ASX Listed Metallica Minerals

Melior Resources Inc. (TSXV:MLR), the owner and operator of the Goondicum ilmenite and apatite mine located in Queensland, Australia, entered into an arrangement agreement with Australian Stock Exchange listed Metallica Minerals Limited (ASX: MLM) providing for the acquisition by Metallica of all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Melior by way of a court approved plan of arrangement, subject to the satisfaction of closing conditions.
