Radient Technologies completes Private Placement of Subscription Receipts

Radient Technologies Inc. (“Radient”) completed the second tranche of a private placement (the “Offering”) of subscription receipts for aggregate gross proceeds of $2,720,788. Together with the first tranche of the Offering, which closed on March 3, 2014, Radient has issued an aggregate of 3,795,788 subscription receipts for aggregate gross proceeds of $3,795,788.

The Offering was completed in connection with its proposed Qualifying Transaction with Madison Capital Corporation (TSX.V: MDC.P). Clarus Securities Inc. acted as lead agent on behalf of a syndicate of investment dealers, including AltaCorp Capital Inc. and Salman Partners Inc., in respect of the Offering.

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP acted for the agents in connection with the Offering with a team that included Perry Dellelce, Patrick Magee, Nick Gray, Michael Rennie and Neil Petrin (corporate/securities).
