Wildeboer Dellelce Represents Special Committee of McEwen Mining Inc. in Acquisition of Canadian Gold Corp.

McEwen Mining Inc. (TSX: MUX) (NYSE: MUX) (“McEwen”) and Canadian Gold Corp. (TSXV: CGC) (“Canadian Gold”) have entered into an arrangement agreement, whereby McEwen will acquire all of the issued and outstanding securities of Canadian Gold by way of plan of arrangement.

The transaction is subject to shareholder and court approval, regulatory clearances and other customary closing conditions. Closing is anticipated to take place in early January 2026.

Wildeboer Dellelce LLP is acting for the Special Committee of the Board of Directors of McEwen in connection with the transaction, with a team comprised of Perry Dellelce, James Brown, Jeff Hergott and Natalie Tershakowec (corporate finance/M&A).
