Amin brings over 20 years of Big 4 consulting experience in cyber risk, privacy, cloud security, digital forensics and emerging technologies including AI/ML, DeFi and blockchain. He has led major cyber, cloud, data and privacy initiatives across highly regulated sectors and previously served as interim CISO for a Canadian cooperative bank, advising boards and executives on governance, risk and strategic technology adoption.
His experience also spans litigation support and incident response—from high‑profile crypto fraud investigations to complex data breach and ransomware matters—as well as supporting TSX 100 organizations through cyber crises.
As part of the firm’s broader emerging technologies strategy, Amin will help advance the firm’s commitment to integrating AI responsibly into legal practice, helping elevate client service, unlock new business opportunities and strengthen the firm’s position as a thought leader in emerging technologies.
